Community Sound Bath In-Person
Hudson Valley's Resonant River trio will provide a relaxing sound bath to de-stress and support inner calm. Collectively this trio brings decades of experience as certified yoga teachers, sound healers and meditation instructors. Bring a yoga mat, blankets, whatever will make you comfortable in a prone position. Please arrive a little early so that the event can begin on time. In order to honor the experience of all attendees, latecomers will not be admitted.
